Absolutely. More than half our clients live elsewhere, and we maintain the property while they're away. Some we’ve never met in person and have only communicated with through the phone and/or email.

For almost every job we do, we take before and after images of the work completed and attach them to the invoice so you can be sure of what the property looked like before and after work was completed every time. We can also in some circumstance provide mapping data showing times of attendance.

Generally, no. It is far more beneficial for us both to quote a complete 'job' with a clear scope of works. That way, you know exactly what you're getting for your money regardless of how long it takes me.
